Working with the academic authorities, we favour strategic positions in the immediate vicinity of universities and colleges, public transport and urban amenities.
Each project is unique and builds on the lessons learned from previous projects.
Our priority is to design accommodation and living spaces that are both comfortable, welcoming and functional. Our design teams, who work closely with the architects and Belgian designer Stéphane Lebrun, pay particular attention to all these aspects.
But that’s not all. Consulting the main stakeholders is a fundamental part of the process.
The invaluable opinions of our tenants on particular issues enable us to refine our work and make changes that are more line with their expectations.
To create a sociable atmosphere, we decided to create space for socialising and relaxing in each of our serviced residences (Campus LIFE offer).
Students will find rooms for studying, space for games, sharing meals, sport or simply relaxing.
And to make life simpler, we have provided areas for laundry, a waste-sorting area, a bicycle store and car parks.
Each residence from ou campus LIFE offer also has a site agency and a concierge service, so there is always someone on site.
Sustainability is paramount to us and is built into all our developments.
This priority is reflected not only in the choice of technologies and materials.
Besides the energy efficiency required of our buildings, we use all the necessary resources to provide concrete solutions to issues of mobility, health and security, always with the well-being of the occupants in mind.
